Coaching and helping women be fully present in their relationships, career, health, and spirituality, while feeling calm and peaceful, takes the power away from stress. Stress no longer rules our thoughts, time, and energy.
When we decide to stop being stressed, we can get curious about how stress is showing up in our daily lives. We can assess how it’s affecting our health, weight, self-care, relationships, career, finances, and spiritual growth.
Let’s face it, out culture is obsessed with being over-scheduled, stressed out, and “a hot mess.” We go through life willingly distracted, preoccupied, and absorbed with stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
When we step away from the notion of having to live a life of stress, we gain an abundant amount of mental, physical, and emotional energy!

Speaking and educating members of the community is a key component of my work. I partner with Fearless Women, River Towne Family Chiropractic, OsteoStrong, and Partners in Excellence, LLC to bring awareness and strategies for healthy living.
