After spending too many years battling with myself over my body, stressing out about all my lists and to-dos, and feeling like everything and everyone but me had control over my life, I finally found the key to transforming everything. It wasn’t a new crash diet that would give me the perfect body in a matter of weeks. It wasn’t a quick fix that would suddenly make all the stress in my life go away. And it certainly wasn’t some series of rules to regulate my life into oblivion.
It was the realization that in order to achieve my goals – from my health to my relationships to my career – I had to align my mind, body, and spirit. My personal transformation allowed me to step into the life I had spent so many years dreaming of. I felt empowered. I felt free. And I knew I had to dedicate my life to helping others do the same thing.
Helping others learn and grow has always been a passion of mine. As a former educator, I spent years helping my students empower themselves and work towards a bright future. When I decided to shift gears and focus on health and wellness, it felt only natural to approach my coaching in the same way. I’m not just here to give you quick tips and send you on your way; I’m all about giving you the knowledge and support you need to form lasting, transformative habits – whether you’re looking to get control over your health, your stress, your career, or all of the above.
Now a Certified Health, Life, and Mindset Coach and Master Practitioner of The Transformational Coaching Method and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I am committed to helping you find inner peace, harmony, and success through sustainable and long-lasting lifestyle change, including stress management, intuitive eating, and success mastery.
In addition to my individual and group coaching services, speaking with and educating members of the community is a key component of my work. Speaking engagements that bring awareness and strategies for healthy living have included PBS, MOCPA, Little Black Book: Women in Business, local Chambers, Fearless Women, River Towne Family Chiropractic, and OsteoStrong.
